What should I include in an enquiry?

Product name or model, application, quantity and delivery destination.

Where drawings are available, include dimensions, opening directions, installation locations and project requirements.

Specify glazing, hardware, finish colours, screens and other required options.

How are specifications and performance confirmed?

Use the latest product information provided at the time of enquiry and the final agreed configuration.

If test documentation is required, state the standard and product type so that we can confirm available documentation for that configuration.

Parameters should not be transferred between different product types. Confirm dimensions, glazing and hardware for the selected product.

How are packing, transport and delivery confirmed?

Provide the destination country, city or port and indicate whether a transport quotation is required.

Packing, transport arrangements, delivery timing and costs are confirmed in the quotation and order.

Can I enquire about products not shown?

Yes. Send a reference image, drawing or specification so that we can confirm available styles and configurations.
